How to order

To order from Renny's Haworthia Online store, please:

1. Register to create a user account.

2. Add your items to the shopping card.

3. Once shopping is complete, go to 'check-out'.  

4. Select your shipping option.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail (EMS) only.  Please see shipping and return page for details.

5. We only accept Paypal payment at this moment.  Upon completion of your order, you will be directed to Paypal website to complete your payment.

6. Plants will be shipped within 4 business days after payment is received. 

Due to the nature of our product, we strive to update our inventory on a daily basis. However, sometimes we may run out of stock or unable to ship plant(s) due to condition of the plant(s).  In the case that we ran out of stock, we will send a refund to your Paypal account.

我们每天会努力更新我们的物品，但由于植物为自然生长物品，有时会有脱销或其他自然因素我们无法寄出物品。如果这种情况发生，我们会全额为您退款
